Recently, the first retail production version of the new 2025 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 sold for $3.7 million at the acclaimed Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale auction. This sale equals the highest bid ever recorded for a Barrett-Jackson charity vehicle. In 2022, the 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 70th Anniversary Edition raised the same amount. All funds from the winning bid will benefit the Red Cross for relief efforts, with the aim of supporting communities nationwide impacted by recent natural disasters such as floods and wildfires.

The 2023 Corvette Z06 was auctioned off at the Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Event and raised over $1 million for the Thurgood Marshall College Fund. Proceeds from the auction will help support students attending one of America's Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).
