Chevrolet includes warranties for new vehicles sold after a specific model year. These warranties cover the cost of replacing parts that break because of faulty workmanship or are defective. All warranties cover replacements for all original equipment (OEM) parts. Along with the standard factory warranties for new models, Chevrolet offers additional protection plans that can be purchased for more coverage, such as the supplemental plans for older Chevrolet vehicles not covered through new vehicle warranties.

Bumper-to-Bumper Limited Warranty

Every model sold by Chevrolet comes with a warranty for three years or 36,000 miles. Car owners are not required to pay a deductible if repairs are required due to defects to material or to faulty workmanship.

Electric and Hybrid Warranty

The electric and hybrid warranty offers coverage on all new electric and hybrid Chevrolet models. Specific components will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer with coverage that extends for eight years or 100,000 miles.

Emission Control System Limited Warranty

The Emission Control coverage covers defects and performance for two years or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first. The warranty also covers light-duty truck emission control systems. This warranty is included with all new vehicles sold by Chevrolet. All light-duty trucks equipped with a heavy-duty gasoline engine and weigh more than 8,500 pounds have coverage up to 50,000 miles or up to five years.

Additional Coverage Provided

Additional coverage includes scheduled maintenance visits by Chevrolet. Models receive maintenance in their first 12,000 miles or first year, whichever comes first. The coverage even includes four-wheel tire rotation and multi-point vehicle inspections.

The roadside assistance program is additional coverage provided by the automaker for new GM models that already come with a Powertrain Limited Warranty or Hybrid Specific Warranty. Roadside Assistance includes flat tire changes, emergency fuel delivery, jump starts, and emergency towing.

Kenny Kent Chevrolet also offers many MPP plans that provide additional protection, including GAP, lease wear coverage, service contracts, and extended warranties for older models.
