The process is simple, but here are a few tips to make scheduling an appointment even easier.

Set Up a Chevrolet Owner Center Account

To use all the great features the myChevrolet app offers, it's essential to start by setting up a Chevrolet Owner Center account. You can go to to begin the process. You will need to select a username and password during the setup process. Also, be sure to choose Kent Kenny Chevrolet as your preferred dealer. Finally, you can register up to 10 different vehicles under one account.

Schedule and Confirm Service Appointment

Once you set up your Chevrolet Owner Center account, you can open the myChevrolet app using the same username and password. Once in the app, select the "Schedule and Manage Service" tab. Doing so will take you to a new screen, where you should click on the "Request Appointment" tab under the "Schedule Service" section.

Here, you can select Kenny Kent Chevrolet and the car you want to have serviced. You will be able to view recommended services, which may include standard maintenance services and recall information, as well as current deals. After seeing these sections, you can go ahead and select a date and time and then confirm your appointment.

Manage Service Visit

The myChevrolet app makes it easy to change or cancel your car's service appointment. Simply sign in to the app and select the "Schedule and Manage Service" tab. You can hit the "Change/Cancel" tab on the next screen. Follow the on-screen directions to change your appointment to another date and time or to cancel the appointment.
