I get there, wait in line for a while for the garage door to open before we can pull in... When i Checked in i told the girl that the previous girl from 2 weeks prior told me they would look at my sunshade on my sunroof to give me am estimate... She then told me it would be $150 or $160 just to have it looked at for an estimate!!! Not once was i Told that by the previous girl even though i tslked/texted eith her sbout it a few times!!! Once I got it checked in and in the waiting area I got a text... The text said "Hi Heather, this is Kayli at Kenny Kent Chevrolet. You can text me anytime at this number during your service visit. Once your video inspection is complete, I will be sending you a text with a link to view your inspection. Prefer to call? (812) 492-6969 Reply STOP to opt out. May 30, 2026, 09:16 AM" Today is june 4th and I never received a link to a video inspection... They had my car back in the service bay for about 15 minutes before she came and told me that my recall had already been fixed previously and I was good to go... So I got up early on my day off for absolutely no reason!!! I've been to your dealership 8-9 times in the last 9 months and it just keeps getting worse....
